Teleios is a specialist investment management firm founded in 2013. Our seventeen-strong team, representing nine nationalities, operates across offices in Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
We seek to preserve and compound the long-term capital of institutional investors comprising endowments, foundations, pension plans, and family offices.
Teleios Capital Partners LLC is authorised and regulated by the SEC and by FINMA.
Leadership
Teleios is a private partnership, independently owned by its four co-founders.
Igor Kuzniar, Firas Abi-Nassif and Adam Epstein together lead our investment team and oversee the portfolio, and Carl Speck is responsible for the firm’s operational and financial activities.
STRATEGY
Teleios manages a concentrated portfolio of small to mid-cap European companies, typically acquiring substantial minority positions that we hold for the long term.
Our industry relationships, operating experience and proprietary fundamental research enable our team to develop a deep understanding of undervalued businesses.
We engage as a long-term reference shareholder upon ownership, seeking to work closely with our portfolio companies and support them in achieving their strategic objectives to create sustainable value for all stakeholders.
